I've just seen this little paragraph in the terms and conditions.
"Be aware of:
Each group must have the requisite number of people. In order to be assigned to a group, it is important to be punctual. By entering the game as soon as possible once the event has started you will be more likely to be assigned to a group and can start playing earlier."
So that does explain why I was kicked out! I was trying to save my arthritic hands and not play non-stop for three days. Thank goodness I got kicked out, because if you have to join promptly again for the semi final and the final, then to have any chance of winning the final you'd need to crush your entire weekend away. It really is only for the serious crushers who don't have a family or friends or anything else to do.
What exactly is the reason for always running the final for a full three days on these types of competitions??
"Starts: September 29, 2023, at 03:00 EDT
Ends: October 2, 2023, at 02:00 EDT"
hi @christinewuppย I am not sure that this is the reason. My strategy for this type of contest has always been to enter as late as possible . And yet never got kicked out before playing. For instance, in this UFO cup, I joined in only 7hrs before the end of the quarter final and did secure a position in a leaderboard (and yet had to give a good crushing activity to stay in the top 3!!). Did you enter the quarter final later than that ?
You are probably right that I'm wrong in my assumption. They might have kicked me out for another reason, or it was one of those glitches. I only left it 24 hours after the start. But still I'm kind of glad I'm out. Good luck!
