my suggestion is to make the game as a freelancer jobs

And where is the money supposed to come from??? Candy Crush is a game, not an investment. Real life does not give out money for playing games or for doing nothing. You have to WORK to make money.
My suggestion
That money is transferred to the players
Example: I am in level 8000
Cash sums can be sent for each stage the player advances as an increase in playing and investing in the time spent playing
