Transfer to new android tablet games not saved

Hi, I don't know if anyone can help? My candy crush saga games are linked through my Facebook and I'm at level 6100. I've just brought a new Samsung tablet, my old one is a Samsung too. I've I stalled the game and linked it to my Facebook account. But it says I'm at leve 120, not 6100! Although the icon showing my account has 6000 on it.

I've tried using the play store in a hope it would pick up were I was. I first installed and played via my old tablet. I then installed on my new one. It showed I'd just played, but didn't update the game to the right level.

Does anyone have any ideas that might help please?

Hi Thank you for your support. I've connected King support, but th options "problems with my game" and game wouldn't save weren't there. So I chose options which were similar.

Fingers crossed they'll make contact and update the game.

or Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
