Please help me with restoring my Candy Crush level on my new phone

Dear moderators and friends,

Hello and I will appreciate if you help me.

My current level on Candy Crush is over 5700 and after I have tried to restore my account status on my new cellphone it returns to the first level.

Unfortunately I have logged out of my account on my older phone and strangely the email account associated with my account is not accepted and the password recovery of my King account also does not seem to send me any password reminder.

Please help recover my account, Thank You

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
