Hello @tracker22 - welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry to hear that. Usually you will need to go back to the purchase source provider (like a credit card). It helps to include a receipt if you have one.
For example if you used Apple Pay - you could go back to Apple with a copy of the receipt showing the charge, and then Apple should refund the amount to whatever payment source you were using (including a credit or gift card etc.).

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
