Candy royale last level game freeze

Question

I played the 14 levels candy royale and got with no problems to the last level, when the game mystically froze when moving the candies to row. Is not the only time this happens. Very mad because i was getting many goldbars.. can anyone do anything that could be claimable again?

Well, i got a new try at the 14levels for 1000 gold, accepted it, and wierdly it changed to only 500 goldbars.. seems like Candy Crush world is a little joking type today
