I had to do a factory reset and now I can’t get my lives and gold bars back. Every time I try to sync, it tells me I’m not connected to the internet when I am. What do I do now?

As per your statement, your game app is having connectivity issues and I think you will get the solution through app reinstall.
By reinstalling the app you will get the solution but you will lose all your saved boosters, saved lives and unsaved levels.
It will definitely depend on your decision as there is no chance of getting lost boosters or lives back.
