I purchased 30.99 AUD pack and my rewards were allocated for 12 hours. I lost them after three hours only. I also cannot update my UFO progress. Why is this happening.

I had 8 hours left on my rewards and you guys made them disappear. Is that glitch or money sucking tactics.
