Ads that start with a blank screen abort the Play On feature. You watch the ad completely, then you cannot continue your Play On, your game is done!

This continues to be a problem. And theses ads seem to be the only ones I get anymore. Extremely frustrating!

Ok, I am trying to be patient - but why is the Match Triple 3 D the only ad that shows up for me! The one that aborts my game and gives me no chance of advancing? Are you trying to frustrate me to the max? I may need to take a sabbatical from this game until you get this fixed!
This is still a BIG issue. Aborting my games, losing lives, losing races, and breaking strings - making the game impossible at some levels. Please pull the Match Triple 3D add until this is fixed. This ad is breaking my play constantly.🤨
Why don’t you pull these ads until you fix them. The Match Triple 3D ad has cost me many lives, races and strings. It is extremely frustrating.

Many players were experiencing glitches with Ads until few weeks ago. The Candy Studio worked on it and fixed the issue.
But, it seems that now the issue with Black screen is back and the Studio is working on it. Hopefully, they will be able to send the fix soon🤞
