I've always been sent lots of lives so always have 200 but in last 2 or three weeks I get very few...I get lots of requests to give lives...seems a bit odd why the sudden change.

Thanks for reporting this issue. The game studio is in the process of finding solutions to it.
In the meantime, please check out the update of such issue in the Candy Support main page area.
