How to shift my progress of a account which is already bind with an account due to Facebook account.

Hello Team

There is a problem with me and my game account so I want your help. I want to shift my progress to a new Facebook account because my old Facebook account got hacked. That account is currently not accessible for me . So I want to shift/transfer my current game progresses to my new Facebook account.
