hi , I dont have my correct id and password of my king account .what should I do to retrieve my progress in another account ?
Thanks kiara_wael but the thing is that mistakenly an unknown email got linked to the the king account by my sister and now she has also forgotten the password , so i need help in making a new account and shifting the progress of my older account in the new one .

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘Forgot?’ next to the password field when you log in.
