Terms of Service Update causing lost Events

This is the 2nd day in a row I've been asked to update Terms of Service. I don't have the Daily Treat Machine, which I'll be penalized for not using nor do I have the active Candy Box I'd been working on. Also, I'm being forced to take the tutorial on "how to add friends" as if I'm a new player. Fix this please. I'm so frustrated with this game especially with the Candy Box that should let you choose the changes once you've reviewed them instead of forcing you to take the last one that might not even apply to the level that you are playing.
