Why did I lose my 20 daily lives? I am allow to give lives but not receive them?

Why can’t I voluntarily send lives to friends? When I click on my friends list, and then a name, it says “player profile will load later” and just spins. What is this about??? It just started doing this.
No comment from the game owners on the subject matter? Is it a program problem or a change in the game policy?
I lost all my saved lives when i logged out and back in bc it was like someone was playing under my game. I had almost 200 saved lives.
Even me or my friends sent lives to each other , we still never recieved any lives.
I figured it out. I do not get the 20 lives I get each day because I did not have any lives from friends. No that I request and get lives sent I am able to use them. Sorry for the post. It can be closed now.

unbelievable!!!! I logged in ,checked my saved lives.Had 55 saved lives.was happy ,thought King had finally fixed the disappearing lives problem.Played the 5 lives that we are given.When I went to used some of the 55 lives that showed as saved ,I only had 7.Can someone at King explain how/why this happen.We should do as the auto workers are doing Strike/STOP PLAYING/STOP SPENDING MONEY maybe,just maybe King will listen to all the complaints and DO something to make playing enjoyable again
Yep this has happened to me too!! Seriously frustrated with this game now - I play a lot less than I used to because of it! I’m done - I’ll no longer pay out for little extras like I used to!

I think that for our Daily Rewards that are on a timer, i.e., 1 hour, the timer should not start on the reward until we are actually PLAYING. Some of us login to get our Daily Rewards, but don't have time to play at that time so we lose them.

It's been more than 20 days, but my problem hasn't been resolved yet. I'm still not receiving ad boosters. Even after two recent updates, I'm still not getting the ad boosters.

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
