There was an game you could play in the events tab where you could watch an ad and be given a chance to select a candy box and get a reward or an X it disappeared , is it lost from the game now?
Yes, this does happen. Reports about this phenomenon have been circulating in this community for a long time. I am sorry you learned about this the hard way. In fact it's so predictable I MADE adverts in my game disappear deliberately by making a purchase (I didn't like them, found them too annoying). 24 hours later they were gone and so was Sweet Cinema. I does seem an odd way to treat your customers.
So in the end my advise for anybody playing the game that has the watch an ad and get a reward option DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING as you will lose the watch ad feature not a good trade off
If King has decided to remove this because I did a purchase on Saturday and the access was gone on Sunday this gives me a reason to quit his game and find something else in my spare time

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I logged out and then logged in again in the game but after logging in all the lives which I received from my friends have been disappeared also when I am clicking on that envelope icon to see lives it's not opening anything
