Candy bombs are dangerous to encounter in levels because if you do not destroy them before their fuses go off, the entire board will be destroyed and you will instantly fail the level. But now that the cherries have been changed to gummi dragons that are living, breathing creatures with thoughts and feelings, any of them unfortunate to be in a level that involves candy bombs will be in very grave danger. Because if you fail such levels by allowing a candy bomb to explode, any gummi dragons left behind in the board will DIE because the candy bombs that go off will blow them up!!!
This realization therefore makes losing a gummi dragon rescue level due to a candy bomb explosion more violent, more disturbing and more gruesome, if only by a little, in my humble opinion. Let's have a moment of silence for the poor baby gummi dragons that got blown up by the candy bombs, their saddened ghosts are floating away into the night as I speak. I am truly unsettled and disturbed by this.
