Ads not available

Question

I have asked this question before, but given a very poor excuse. Why, after I have failed to complete a game, I am given the opportunity to watch some ads to help me complete the level, however it pops up that ads are not available.

Also, when I do complete a game, in the weekly contest, my total does go up for a few games. It has happened twice today, losing 7 levels of my total weekly games. It seems as though King Games are not ‘playing’ the game.

Getting fed up and feel like playing on some other ‘rival’ platform.

Fobbed off yet again. Been receiving these bonuses for years and it only just starts happening now. What about my weekly wins not going on my total.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
