What in the issue resolution

Question

I casually play the candy crush saga and was making good progress. I was at level 753 when I encountered a game logic oversight had no other choice but to close the game which made me lose my streak and in turn my streak rewards which included the 1000 gold jackpot where I was getting a share of about 112 bars. When I mailed this to the team I receive an email as I'll be attaching below . All I would want from a game is atleast issue resolution when this is a game logic oversight . The video is in the reddit post . The email response is also attached.

I don't do reddit, so I can't follow your post completely.  Did you reply to this automated answer in your screenshot where it says " Please type your reply above this line"? In my experience they always send an automated response and to get anywhere you need to reply to that. In general, if you want to contact King I always find it best to email them from within the app, using the ? in Settings and then scrolling down the questions until I get "Contact us" at the bottom. That way they automatically know who you are and there is always an automated email straight away. Then if the automated reply is no use, send a reply to that email and you should get through to customer services. That method has always worked for me. As for level 753 I have checked it out and it plays normally for me, but I do vaguely remember having seen a post about this one before where someone got into an impossible situation because the blockers were removed in the "wrong" order, probably by having so many win streak and starting boosters. I can see how very annoyed you must be when this sort of thing happens to you near the end of Candy Royale! Try to email support from within the app again. Sorry I can't help you otherwise, as I am just another player.
