I am sorry to know that you are experiencing an issue with the Chocolate Box. As you saw from the opening comment, players were experiencing it couple of months ago, but it got resolved! I guess the game team fixed it!
The issue in your game, did it start yesterday or today? OR you have been experiencing it from a while? Which version of the App you have right now?
Are you getting this "connection issue" only on Chocolate box or other features too?
