I've reported about this issue which never get reward gifts ads. How u expect players to pass the level without the ads. You should give candy players reward gifts ads to pass tough level . Do action on it . Thank you

Well I am getting ads but they dont give rewards,so not any better ! does anybody know how to reach someone in technical to fix my problem ??? I have thix problem for over a week,sent 2 messages but no reply, have updated my game but still no rewards.HELP please !!!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
why did the music event disappear to early? I only had 1 tape left to get the reward and you removed the event several hours too early than what the countdown had said previously! Sucks when I’ve spent so much time and boosters to complete it
