Sorry to hear you are having this problem
Please first try the following check for any pending updates as CCsaga has recently received one make sure you have a strong Internet connection and a minimum of 2gig of free memory then clear the in game cache from your device settings menu then log out of everything and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you
