Contacting the King Customer Support team is usually a lengthy process as they have to take care of the issues from all 12 King Saga games.

Finally received my gold bars, took forever. But, didn't get everything I purchased. Will not buy anything else for Candy Crush. Not happy about how this was handled 😕.
