Anyone know why all of a sudden I stopped receiving ads / free boosters? I’ve noticed that this occurred after I purchased a package. Is there any fix to this ?

It happened the same to me, and also i barely receive any life despite sending many requests. I contacted support multiple times and i never received a response. Iam sure they have no intention to fix it hoping we spend money for the game. Not happening, i just stop playing
Same thing happened to me ….
I lost them as soon as a bought the season pass gold pass for 3 bucks. If i had known this would happen i wouldnt of bought it. I had them for years till that. Its like being punshined for spending money on the game

I love when they respond that ads are a test. My husband's had them without interruption for 8 years…. that’s an awfully long test!
@Diamond_Lim Thanks for this information but can you ask king how long is the testing? Is it 2 years or 3 before they decide it should be rolled out to everyone? Do they need to do a rotating test on all 255 million players before the event is released to everyone? You implied that the ads may come back so are they just testing the same people over and over?
Hello @liyahsheree 😊 yeah many say that adverts disappear after you make a purchase. I did make a couple of small purchases but cannot remember if that was a reason for not having adverts as I actually opted out, you can do this in privacy settings. I have just opted back in because of another game and adverts reappeared so it’s possible they may return at some point in the future 👍

Community Team has been noticed some concerns about video ads disappearing or not being available in the game. They want to clarify that the video ad feature, like all ads and promotional features, is currently in a testing phase within the game.
This means that while some players may receive Lives, others might get Boosters or other items from this feature.
However, due to the testing nature of this feature, video ads may not always be available to all players or on all devices. If you find that the ads are currently missing in your game, please don't worry.

@liyahsheree Is there any fix to this ?
There is nothing you can do to force the adverts to reappear immediately Liyah. All you can do is wait. Some people have said that the adverts have reappeared after a couple (or more) months.
Alternatively if you haven't made much progress yet and you aren't bothered about losing any existing boosters you have you can always try creating a brand new game and start the game again. You will have to use a different email address (I think) but starting again might be a quicker way of getting adverts back rather than waiting for months. Obviously there is no guarantee that adverts will appear in your new game though.
It is because you made the purchase. The game automatically changes to the ads free version when players spend money on it. In my experience this happens after about 24 hours.
