Why does my Candy crush not connect to the playstore
I have the same problem !! On the phone it works fine but on laptop (win 11) it says that i am offline !! Tried every thing !! Please help
Hi Pummy, thank you for your reply. I have contacted them with 3 separate complaints (about the same issue), but haven't heard anything yet. It's annoying as I lose lives because I can't use the gold bars.
Yeah!! Since you are playing on laptop, you won't have an option to switch it to another mode of internet🤔
You said you have contact the Player Support team, and you sent them 3 emails, right?
So, did you send 3 separate complaints OR was it 3 reminders through the automated email you have received?

I'm glad you fixed your problem. My laptop only connects to wi fi but I never have a problem with other games.
I managed to sort mine out. It was connection problem with my phone and IPad. I simply went and put my data on as well as the wi fi and then it worked
I have the same problem, I play on my laptop. I have already sent 3 emails to Player support and I have not heard from anybody, I've been contacting them since Monday.
I can't use my gold bars and can't access the store. I have logged out, restarted the laptop and still the same problem persists.

Thank you for the feedback . Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
