There are continual problems with this feature and absolutely nothing is done !!!
@QueenB stated in another thread that the "team" was aware of this problem 6 months ago and were working to fix it !!
Well it is still there. Like most other glitches nothing is done to fix the problems !!
I was definitely online when the second screenshot was taken.

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
