This level 10249 is killing me.. I have been at +125 extra moves for at least a week .. I can not get closer then 10 left to finish.. worst level I have come across.. all online tips and tricks are more moves then I have.
Any suggestions please?

Why quit!

There is a chance King will make the level easier to pass after the Candy Cup or if you take a break from the game for a week or more. You might give that a try if you don't want to quit. Just replaying the same level for so long is just frustrating. Why don't you pause playing for two weeks and then log back in an see if the game lets you pass. It might, that's what King do sometimes.
I’m pretty close to quitting.. way too many extreme hard levels in each chapter.. only way to pass is to buy gold bars and I can’t always do that. You’re right not much fun unfortunately.
Personally I think after level 10,000 the game is just unplayable and not fun any more. It only gets worse from here on. I'd advise you to quit.
The Keys are important
When I'm really stuck, I will watch on YouTube cuz maybe I am missing something but that never helped me.
When you have all the keys, the pinata booster is extremely powerful
