Question about the change to seasons.

The Candy Cup ends on Nov 27. Does that mean it ends on the 27th at the end of that day or at the start of that day or at X:00 am/pm? Also which time zone is that? GMT?

When would the new seasons start? The same day or the next or always the next Monday? ie Cup ends at 7:59:59 am and the next season start at 8:00
