My level does not reflect across devices.
So on my iPhone 11, I am at level 1069. On my iPhone 14 Pro Max, my avatar shows that I am at level 1, but then it jumped to level 11 after I completed level 1.
Is there any possible way if my avatar can be placed at level 1069, and have the unlockable power ups/inventory items unlocked? I can’t use any of those little boosters/power ups that you can purchase without unlocking them first.
I don’t care about buying the in-app purchases, I just want my Candy Crush progress on my iPhone 14 Pro Max to accurately and completely reflect what it is on my iPhone 11. I’m using the same email and everything.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
