I have not been able to play for weeks it gives me the we have experienced a problem we are working hard to fix it. I have reloaded a number of times still does not fix it.

Thank you for confirming that you are using a Mac with Sonoma software.
And the issue you are experiencing is because of the Sonoma... The Game team is investigating as to what is causing the issue, etc.,
Until then, players are advised to open the game on Google Chrome. We have few more players that are experiencing the same glitch. Chrome is working for all of them and no issues as of now🤞

If you are playing on Facebook - browser (Edge, Chrome, etc.,), please change the browser you are using and see if you can play the game;
If are playing the App version through Windows 10/11 -- see if there are any updates available and install the latest version. That would take care of the issue.
