Why dont I have a 9000 banner yet and why doesnt anyone have one in the episode races ??

How can a person on level 14000 beat me in an episode race at levet 9210 Plus no answer why I am not getting any lves

That is an interesting question!! Either the game is too glitchy or all 4 of your opponents did not check the option in the “settings” to display their level banner🤔🤔
I will bring it up with our Community In-charge and get back to you if I find an answer🍫🍫
Why am I the only one in the episode race that has abanner if they all are on that level? Plus I not getting any lives at all
