Not receiving my gold bars

Today I have purchased Gold Bars quite a few times and three of the times I didn’t even receive the gold bars. I have spent a lot of money on this game and this happens quite often. I finally decided to write in on this. I would like for you to research my account and either refund me my money or give me the gold coins.

Hello Rosalind (@Rozbettyboop) I am sorry to hear about your issues but this forum does not deal with purchasing problems.

To get your lost purchases refunded please either contact Player Support or the owner of the app store that you use.

It is best if you contact Player Support through your game using the Help function (big question mark) as this includes your player ID and purchasing history when you contact them.
