whenever I win season pass I collect my rewards but not reflect at all. pls help

The free pass in Season Pass has less rewards, simply because it's the free of charge option.
If you choose to purchase the Gold Pass, you will get way more rewards. The charge you pay for is to get these extra bonuses and rewards.
All purchases are fully optional in the game, therefore there are both a free and purchasable option in the event.
Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game.
If the rewards still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
