What is happening with level 4784 can not move tried to contact your department so hard

Thanks for posting the screenshot, which is very helpful so I copy it here.
In the first column on the left hand side there are three blue candies, which can be matched. Because the blue candies are under the sugar coat ( I think that's what it's called) you cannot tap on them to move them. But you CAN tap on the orange candy and move it down to make the same match. Moving the orange candy down will automatically then move the blue candy up to match the three blues and break the sugar coat. The orange candy is not covered by sugar, so that can be moved. You can always make matches by moving candies INTO the sugar coat. So next time you try this level, watch out for this. There will always be a possible starting move.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!
