email doesn't arrive by reset password procedure

In my mobile I have Candy Crush Saga linked to "email account" and I need to reset password because I don't remember it. When I click on "forgot password" and I insert email address, no mail arrives into mailbox (in spam folder there is no mail). I tried several times.

I tried again to register account with the same email address but system says "email is already registered". Suggestions please ? What happens ?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘Forgot?’ next to the password field when you log in. 

    You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password and access your account again.

    Forgot the password function or reset link doesn’t work?

    In case the reset password link doesn’t work, if you have entered your email incorrectly on your account or because of any other reason are not able to reset your password. 

    You can then reset the password by contacting our Player Support instead HERE

    Forgot the password function doesn’t work because link email doesn't arrive.

    I send more messages to Player Support how you suggested but I received only a standard message which has always the same format.

    That standard message is the automated email, which works an an acknowledgement.

    From the time you receive that email, please wait up to 72 hours to hear back from an actual agent. If you did not receive an email by then OR if you see a email asking "how did we do", please send a reply through that first automated email message you have received yesterday, and let them know that you are still waiting for help.

    Since that is the only team that receives complaints from players of all 12 King Saga games, there might be delay. Please don't be discouraged or give up!! Be persistent and patient and keep sending a reply to them every other day (if you don't hear from anybody, that is😅).

    Hope somebody will reach out to you soon and resolve the issue ASAP🤞

    Now no answer came to me too. 😪

    What happens if I disconnect actual King account of which I forgot password, my score in Android device is kept or It's reset ?

    I thought to create new King email account (or Facebook) to link to my Android device.

    My target is to keep my score.

    Hello there and sorry to hear you're having trouble resetting your password!

    You need to get intouch with our player Support team via the game and this is how you do it:

    Select the cog wheel the next time you open the game app:

    Then select the following ?:

    Now search for Password and pick this option:

    Then scroll all the way done and select Contact Us:

    This way our Support Team will have access to your account details seeing that you are contacting from the game app and make sure you state the correct email address on the message which you need help resetting the password for.
