Hello @04293 adverts can't be received by asking for them. The advert features of the game are randomly delivered to a random selection of players. This means you either have the advert features in your game, or you do not.

If you have had adverts and have now lost them then this is also normal as no feature of your game should be considered permanent. The random nature of the features delivery means that you can have a feature one day just for it to be removed the next.
