trouble downloading

It is taking so long to download the game lately, like almost 5 minutes. I've cleared my cookies and cache and that hasn't helped. This just started happening in the last 2 weeks. None of my other games have this problem, just candy crush. Also I'm not getting the chance to spin each day and that started happening the last couple weeks too. Hope I get an answer for this.

I don't know for sure @jberg but I think King is having serious issues. Like you my game is taking ages to start and even a level is taking a long time to start after I press play. I find myself wondering if the issues are related to King moving to cloud storage rather than servers, but I will never know as King will never tell us.

Also I'm not getting the chance to spin each day

I am surprised that you aren't getting your Booster Wheel. Is it missing from your events page or is the play button not working?
