Hi my Sam’s streak this morning was 1918 now when I’ve opened the game I’m at 0 is this really normal ??? Where is my progress gone I’m having trouble getting back to my streak & every time they cheat like that.. is there any one that can help me??

Thank you for reporting . King is currently working on Sam's Streak and that might cause that you lose your progress in the feature or that you miss any unclaimed rewards.
Unfortunately, they are unable to restore your streak.
We understand this is not the best experience, and we're sorry for the inconveniences. Rest assured the Candy Crush Saga team is working to make the game better and more fun for everybody, and therefore they need to keep improving everyone's beloved features and events.
