I need help.. every time I open the game I find it advanced with many schemes.. but it has reached over 10,000 levels.. help! I want to play by passing the levels on merit.. I'm waiting for a response.. thanks

I have a similar problem on 2 tablets ( Android) The correct 'working one' is on level 10364. the wrong one has the avatar stuck on 10311. However, on the 'wrong one' I can scroll up to level 10364 and play that game. ! Normally, you cannot play a game higher than where your avatar is but I can. Clearly, this is a bug and the avatar is stuck at 10311- that's similar to the guy above.
What is the fix for this ? I've deleted the game, reinstalled and re synched with my facebook account. It hasn't fixed it. I open up Candy Saga and my avatar is still at 10311 and I can stll scroll up and play the 'real' level of 10364.

There is a glitch in your game which is causing the issue, which only King team can resolve!!
I can report to our Community In-charge, but, you will have to wait till January, as they are all out for the Holidays! You can report to King Player Support team, but, I don't know how much they can help!!

I have a problem. Every time I open the game I find it advanced by fifteen twenty levels for no reason. It no longer advances level by level and I don't understand why. This makes me sad because I like to play but win with merit. Two weeks ago I was at level 9600. Now I'm at 10264 But I wasn't the one who passed the six hundred levels
