I am just surprised that it needs human intervention to get your reward from the Winter Cup @cookiemae I would have thought it would be an automatic process.

Once we had to give QueenB our player ID to get our gold. It's a mess sometimes with king.

I think they are off for the weekend now so nothing can be done until Monday. I am going to tag this post to @FluffyDinosaur @PummyRaj once before we had this issue and QueenB asked for our player ID we got our gold bars the next day. I honestly think they are so involved in the All star tournament that they forgot about us.
