Can someone help me please I’m new here I have a question I got gifted a gift card for candy crush when I loaded it and return to it the next day I lost all my progress my winter cup competition and my hrs of lives I deleted the app it did everything right but put my hrs of lives back and put me back on the correct level I have reached out to support but they have not responded after they help me reinstall the game back I need help I’m losing hrs from the competition

Sorry for the inconvenience friend,To my understanding, you’ve reinstalled the game and everything is back but the competition is yet to load..If that is the case I suggest you keep playing your games it’ll load with time, I’ve experienced such..
