Please try this --> Log out the game -- close the App -- turn off the WiFi on your device -- shutdown your device and turn it back after 5 minutes -- reconnect the Wi-Fi and log back into the game.

If that doesn't work, you might have to contact King Player Support and find out what's going on! Please follow below steps to send them a complaint⬇️

1) If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game.

--> Click on the Pink Cogwheel --> ? icon --> Scroll down to Events --> Select "Sam's Streak" to open it --> scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" --> Fill up the form and send your complaint;

2) If you are playing on a computer on Facebook - Browser version, send your complaint through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
