Why doesn’t the Advent Calendar give prizes when I complete the task?

Been playing Candy Crush every day and pretty sure I’ve completed the Advent Calendar task each day. Then it gives me a message like “great! You completed the task! Get prizes behind the door!’ and then….nothing. Maybe 4 times or so I’ve gotten whatever prize, but most days, absolutely nothing happens. If I’ve completed the task and earned the prize, then I really feel like it should be delivered to me. Disappointing.
