I why won’t the game play in horizontal mode on the iPad?

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

Unfortunately, the Candy Studio has removed the Landscape mode for good and the Portrait mode is here to stay😕 Many of my friends have stopped playing the game as it has been inconvenient for them to play the game on a computer with small screen!!

Please reconsider having landscape mode as an option again.
There are 269 pages of complaints on this. More than any other announcement in Support. The only other announcement in support with more comments is Check Here Before You Place A Comment In Support. I don't think they will be fixing it.
It’s very uncomfortable to hold an iPad upright to play the game. It’s much easier to allow the iPad to rest in horizontal mode on its case. This change will certainly limit my playing the game on the iPad

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
