I am sorry to hear that you are having issue in your game! Can you please provide more details about what's going on?
What do you mean by "you cannot access your game or your account"? --> Are you receiving "connection error" when you try to log-in?
And, what do you mean by "No accessory events or my photo etc"? Can you show me a screenshot of your game map and the Events folder? Also, please provide as many details as you can think of!
