Hello to the community.

I'm trying to reset password of my Game account from 3 days.

I have contacted support from the game app, from King website but I never got e-mail to reset my password.

I have also checked Spam folder and nothing is there.

Could you kindly support me fixing this issue?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

You said you have already contacted the Player Support team, which is great👍️ They are the only team that can help you to resolve this issue as they have resources!

Now, to the automated email -- it is the usual "initial" reply that is sent to all players who sends a complaint. The tips in that email work for players who are having crashing / freeing issues. But, for all other players, it will work as an acknowledgement from King.

How many days it has been since you sent your initial complaint(s)? Did you receive an email asking "how did we do" (or something like that)?

If not, select the latest automated email you have received from King and send a reply to that. You will see a specific note that says "reply above this line". So, make sure that you write your reply above to that line. Inform them that your issue is not resolved and you are still waiting for the team to help you. Somebody should be contacting you soon.

If nobody contacts you within 2 days (max), please post back and let me know.

Thank you so much for your reply. I contacted many times Player Support as you indicated. I received only auto reply. I did it again now and the same auto reply telling I will be contacted soon. Do you know how many time it's needed to get back from Support? Thanks.
