I agree. Posting that video in reply to your complaint is an insult. The suggestion to create colour bombs to pass this is ridiculous. There are too many colours and I see no evidence in the video that you can make any colour bombs once the bottom is cleared. The advice is rubbish.
haha . In the video you showed, the user cannot even pass the level without using gold. Moreover, it has striped candy and round fives. I don't have gold. and other things. Even the video you showed as a recommendation is not about using and buying gold.

Level 9886 . This is a dual task level, you have to collect the Dragon and clear the jelly to complete the level. Don't worry too much about the Dragon as they will most likely be collected as you clear the jelly.
Work in the bottom part of the board to clear the blockers, this will allow candies to drop into the top sections as the licorice clears. Try to make stripe/wrap combos to clear the most jelly and licorice and later it will become easier to make colourbombs and colourbomb combos. Please also check this video
