Every time the train comes by and I win the level, it’s supposed to give me 20 min playing time. But for the last two weeks, it only gives me 15 min playing time….anyone else notice this?

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
