My golden bars disappeared

I had 260 golden bars and more than 30 friends. But suddenly they disappeared when other boosters remained. How can I get them back? Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

Your gold bars are stored on King's servers @CandyGi, so if something has gone wrong at their end that required rebooting the servers tgen your gold bars could be lost forever.

Another thing that could make your gold disappear is playing offline or accidentally signing out of your game. Please check that you ate still signed into your game and that your Internet connection is working correctly.

You can try contacting Player Support regarding your lost gold, but they generally only replace items that were purchased. They do not usually replace items that you gained just by playing the game.
