Is anyone having this issue? I played for 3 days and never got extra moves!

I never get extra moves. I’m on a red at level 12 I can’t get it! I’ve been playing for 3 years and the game has totally changed! Some people get more. For example: My sister got 4 hrs of free lives on News Years! I got my 10, in fact I got less live that day!
No extra moves for watching option for days. Only the pay gold bars button - bars I don't have
At the beginning of December quite a few people complained about losing the offer of extra moves after failing a level @MrsTJ, but the complaints soon died off. When things like this first occur it is never clear if the change is part of a test or a change that affects everyone.
If we start to see more complaints about the issue then we can conclude that the extra moves have been removed by King. If we don't see anyone else complain about the issue then unfortunately all we can conclude is that your game is no longer part of the group that receives extra moves.
Something similar has happened before.

Hello @MrsTJ are you referring to the extra moves that you pay ten gold bars for, or extra moves that you receive for watching an advert?
