Level reached not in synch between devices

My account in term of level reached is not in synch anymore between my tablet,phone and laptop

On tablet i reached level 7212 but on my phone and laptop it is stuck at 7011

Please help

I already tried to disconnect and login again on my phone, without any effect

I won't try to do same steps on my tablet , too risky

Unfortunately it didn't work

I even tried to uninstall the app--> restart phone-->install app

But it is still at 7011

Should I wait for the next update?

I hope you are not working on those 100 levels to win them🙃 We had multiple complaints about this issue over the Holidays, and I have reported about it.

Yesterday, we have received news from our Candy Community In-charge and we were informed that the glitch with the syncing was resolved.

Please check if there is an update on your phone App store / Play Store! If there is, install them. Go back to the game and see if the levels are caught up! If not, please try this on phone (since it is the one that is backed up in levels) --> log out of the game -- close the App -- turn off Wi-Fi (optional) -- shutdown the phone for about 5 minutes -- restart and turn on the Wi-Fi (if you turned it off) -- open the App and log back in -- see if the levels are synced.

Hope everything works out and you can play the game without any glitches🤞🍫

From your page, does it mean that fast move from Xmas bonus done in one device is not taking in account on other devices?

So I have to redo again all levels between 7212 and 7011 on my phone, right?
